CARPET

Carpet adds warmth and comfort to your home. In the summer it keeps your home cool and in the winter it keeps us warm. Carpet increases sound insulation and absorption, adds a touch of coziness, and turns your house into a home.

Classic Carpet

Classic carpet is a fiber floor covering consisting of a layer of pile attached to a backing. The main layer of the textile is composed if polypropylene, nylon or polyester and consists of twisted tufts that have been heat treated to maintain its structure. Classic carpet is tough and durable; it is also soft and low maintenance making it ideal for a home with kids or pets.

Berber Carpet

Berber carpet dated back to the Paleolithic era it is named after the Berber people in North America. Berber was traditionally hand woven using different colors of all natural materials. Berber is distinguished by a looped pile construction giving it the appearance of knots. Today’s modern Berber contains small flecks of color on lighter shades of background colors giving it a natural look of traditional carpets. Berber is tough and durable, dense loops and low profile making it ideal for high traffic areas. Even though it is stylishly soft, stain and soil resistance is built in to every fiber.

Wool Carpet

We all love the natural benefits of wool flooring materials. The rich luminous quality, delicately soft texture, and ultra-comfort; wool carpeting is one of the most environmentally friendly choices. Wool has the ability to regulate temperature, being cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. Wool carpet is mostly non-allergenic and is a good selection for homes with kids or elders. Wool carpet can repel mold and mildew; this is possible because wool is a natural wicking fiber. Homes located in humid climate prefer wool carpet over classic carpet. Wool carpet is durable and naturally stain repellant.
